SBDA Scheduler is a companion app built for Santa Barbara Dance Arts families. It pulls together your dancer's classes, rehearsals, and studio announcements from the studio's calendars and spreadsheets, then filters all of it down to just what's relevant to your dancer.
Instead of scrolling through a shared studio calendar looking for your dancer's classes, or digging through group emails for the one announcement that mentions their name, this app shows you a clean, personalized view: what's on today, what's coming this week, and what matters for the rest of the season.
This app doesn't replace the studio's official communications, billing, or registration systems. It's a convenience layer on top of information the studio already publishes — always double check official studio emails or the front desk for anything urgent or billing-related.

SBDA Scheduler is an independent scheduling tool created for Santa Barbara Dance Arts families. It is provided as a convenience and is not a substitute for the studio's official communications, billing, registration, or legal agreements with the studio.
Schedule, class, and announcement information displayed in this app is synced from the studio's calendars and internal records. While we aim to keep this accurate and up to date, we can't guarantee it's always error-free or perfectly current. Always confirm time-sensitive or important details (recital dates, tuition due dates, audition requirements, etc.) directly with the studio.
By registering, you agree to provide accurate information about yourself and your dancer, including your phone number and your dancer's name. This information is used only to identify your family's schedule within the app and is not sold or shared with third parties outside of the studio's own systems.
The access code provided to you is intended for use by your family only. Please don't share it publicly.
This app is currently in beta. Features, design, and functionality may change as we continue improving it. Occasional bugs or downtime may occur — if you notice something wrong, we'd appreciate you letting us know.
While this app is designed to help you stay informed about classes, rehearsals, and announcements, we are not responsible for missed classes, events, or deadlines resulting from app errors, sync delays, or notification failures. This app supplements, but does not replace, your own attentiveness to studio communications.
We may update these terms from time to time as the app evolves. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
